After breakfast, drive to Pokhara (6 hrs), the second largest and the most beautiful city in Nepal. It’s famous for breathtaking views of Mt. Fishtail and Annapurna Mountain ranges and beautiful lakes. On arrival, check in to the hotel. Free time to explore the lakeside area. Overnight in Pokhara.

Wake up early in the morning for a 30 mins drive to Sarangkot, located at 1600 m. Sarangkot is renowned for its beautiful sunrise view and panoramic mountain views. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and drive back to the hotel for breakfast. Later, a half day sightseeing tour of Pokhara is in store visiting Bindabasini Temple, Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, Davis Fall & Tibetan Refugee camp. Proceed for an hour’s boating in Lake Fewa (Phewa Tal) to enjoy the lake view and the mountains. After sightseeing, walk around the lakeside area filled with shops, cafes and restaurants. Overnight in Pokhara.

After breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu (6 hrs) enjoying the natural views along the way. Upon arrival check in to the hotel. Evening free. Overnight in Pokhara.

After breakfast, visit the Great Stupa of Boudhanath (UNESCO World Heritage site), a vast dome-shaped monument representing the Mind of the Buddha, a primary pilgrimage destination for Buddhists from all over the planet.

Later drive to Bhaktapur, (UNESCO World Heritage Site).  

Bhaktapur is filled with monuments, most terra-cotta with carved wood columns, palaces and temples with elaborate carvings, gilded roofs, and open courtyards. The city is dotted with pagodas and religious shrines. 

After Bhaktapur, drive to Nagarkot at a height of 2300 m above the sea level. From this lovely scenic spot, you can catch the excellent view of the Himalayan range at sunset, even Mt. Everest on a clear day. Overnight in Nagarkot.

Wake up early for an amazing sunrise and beautiful Mountain views from your hotel. After breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu (1.5 hrs) and visit Swayambhunath Stupa, (UNESCO World Heritage Site) also known as ‘Monkey temple’. The 2000-year-old Stupa is the most profound expression of Buddhist symbolism in Nepal. Lastly, visit Kathmandu Durbar square, (UNESCO World Heritage Site) or Palace Complex which held the palaces of ruling Kings. Decorated with intricately carved windows and panels, the square surrounds quadrangles, revealing courtyards and temples. An interesting thing to see here is Kumari Ghar, where the very famous living Goddess Kumari lives. For Hindus she is the reincarnation of Hindu Goddess Kali.

Evening, enjoy a farewell dinner with a cultural show. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport for the return flight.
