• When you make a reservation with us on behalf of a travel companion or another person, we will request for the Personal Information of that individual. You should obtain the consent of such other individuals prior to providing their Personal Information to us. Any request to view or change their Personal Information provided in relation to the reservation which you have made can only be made through you.

When travelling on a group tour, a photo or video may be taken by Tara Holidays leader, an employee of a partner or a professional photographer to capture special moments and used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included in photographs or video, please let your tour leader or photographer know. We respect your privacy and will not use any visual media taken by Tara Holidays staff without your prior consent.

You are not required to provide the Personal Information requested, and if you choose not to provide the requested Personal Information, we may be prevented from providing certain products or services to you.
